CEO and FOUNDER

Anthony Macchione

Anthony is the Chief Executive Officer of privately held, AMI Group, Inc. He founded AM Staffing in 2011 and then AMI in 2012, bringing more than 15 years of insurance and staffing leadership, emerging trends expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company. Anthony is active in the firm’s day-to-day management and has improved profits by 25 percent year after year. He oversees the corporate direction and strategy for AMI’s field operations, including sales, support, consulting, marketing, alliances, and channels. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customers. He has worked to share AMI’s strategy and vision with customers and partners. Anthony has remained focused on providing in person service and educational resources to help clients feel comfortable with their insurance policies and human resource needs. “We are an advisor to our clients, we work for our client, not anyone else.” Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in insurance from Illinois State University.

SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Dave Carioscia

Dave grew up in Bloomingdale, IL and attended Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL. After high school, he attended Lincoln College in Lincoln, IL where he played two years of college baseball. Dave joined AM Staffing in 2011 and then AMI Group in in 2012, where he has built his business helping companies with their employee benefits, business insurance, and staffing needs. Since becoming the sales manager, he has worked closely with the sales team and administration on bringing in new business and making sure we keep close, personal relationships with our current business. Outside of AMI, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, wife and two daughters. Along with spending time with his family and friends, he enjoys golf and attending Chicago sporting events.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Danielle Muzzupappa

Before joining AMI Group, Danielle studied at Dominican University. She possesses strong financial control, reporting skills, and rigorously ensures that all statutory and corporate obligations are met for the company. Danielle then worked at Greco and Sons, Inc., overseeing all the accounts receivable and purchasing. With a strong understanding of the business and tremendous experience from Greco and Sons, Danielle now oversees all aspects of financial support for AMI. She provides financial, commercial, and strategic support to the future growth and presents monthly results to the management team. She also prepares and analyses the reports on income and expense forecasts to senior management. Danielle’s experience with reporting, her sound understanding of the month end process, along with her ability to thrive within a fast-paced business environment has made her one of the key leaders of AMI. Outside of AMI, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughters, and cooking. Along with raising her family, Danielle has been an advocate for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has created a team for the MS Walk for over 13 years and has raised over $1,000,000 for this cause.

Nicole Macchione

Nicole is the President of AM Staffing Group, Inc. She attended Driscoll Catholic High School in Addison, IL and graduated in 1999. After high school, she attended Dominican University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts international business and Italian. Nicole obtained an internship at the Italian Trade Commission of Chicago, where she assisted Italian National navigate the American business culture. After completing the internship at the Italian Trade Commission of Chicago, Nicole accepted a position as a lead Italian Teacher for the foreign language school, Language Stars. It was then that she made the decision to pursue a Master’s in elementary education at Dominican University. She then went on to teach elementary school in the West Chicago area. Nicole decided to rejoin the workforce a year after the birth of her daughter, when she recognized the need for good quality labor in the industrial areas of the Fox Valley area. AM Staffing Group has now grown to multiple offices and is able to provide the entire Chicagoland area with an excellent temporary labor force. Throughout her tenure with AM Staffing Group, Nicole has built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business models, and building personnel to increase growth and service to all AM Staffing Group clients. Outside of AMI, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters and son, traveling, reading, and is an avid equestrian.

NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

George Shea

George was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, attended Fenwick High School, Mount St. Claire College, and Southern Illinois University. George joined the sales team at AMI Group as a seasoned veteran with over 15 years of regional and national sales and sales management experience. He believes in working together with customers to tailor solutions around their specific needs. He is a true believer in placing the customer first and prides himself on delivering an extraordinarily high level of service. “When you identify any needs and/or issues a customer may have, and solve them, then you have truly brought value to the customer.” He looks forward to bringing his service-oriented background to both the Insurance and Staffing sides of AMI, while working together with their customers.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Marc Antonelli

Prior to joining AMI Group, Marc was a member and independent floor trader at Chicago Mercantile Exchange for over 25 years. He was also the President of 27 W. State Street LLC. His experiences have led him to become a high performing Account Executive at AMI. Marc meets with other executives and clients, gathers information on project scopes, budget and timelines, and assembles new teams to meet client and business goals along with project milestones. Marc is licensed in property and casualty insurance, as well as health and life Insurance. Outside of AMI, Marc enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports, and stock trading.

Tyler grew up in Tuxedo, NY and attended The Berkshire School for high school. He then studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Clarkson University. After college, he played professional golf for five years before joining at AMI. Tyler is excited to extend his competitive lifestyle in the sales world. He now resides in Naples, Florida with his wife, Krista. When he is not working, he enjoys fishing, playing golf, and watching hockey.

Sabine Shandy

Prior to joining AMI Group, Sabine worked in the medical field for 20 years and specialized in precertification and patient care. She enjoyed getting to know the patients and interacting with them. Sabine loves learning, change and being challenged continuously. She joined AMI Group in in 2018 as an Account Manager and thrives in this position because of the unique areas she has experience in. Outside of AMI, Sabine enjoys camping, fishing, and horticulture.

Susan Brill

Susan grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to the suburbs her senior year of high school. After high school, she graduated with an Associate Degree from College of DuPage. Susan brings many years of customer service experience to AMI Group. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the material handling industry for five years where she handled purchasing, invoicing, processing orders, sales team support, and processing sales team commissions. In addition, Susan worked for a large food broker for 15 years where she wore many hats including, Customer Service Supervisor, category management, liaison to the sales team and suppliers, providing service and support, and traveled to various customer shows to help promote products. Outside of AMI, Susan enjoys spending time with family, boating, and vacationing.

Lindsey Vitha

Lindsey was born and raised in Elk Grove Village, IL. She graduated from James B. Conant High School in Hoffman Estates in 1995. Lindsey then attended Harper College in Palatine and Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. She has been in the healthcare industry for about 25 years with her first job working for a large orthopedic surgeon’s practice in Elk Grove for 13 years. Lindsey worked in the billing department and found her passion for healthcare benefits. She then moved into administration where she continued to learn more about the physician side of the healthcare industry. Prior to AMI, Lindsey spent the last 10 years working for an independent broker where she began her career on the employee benefits side of healthcare. Lindsey enjoys working with employers and their employees to help them better understand their benefits and educate them on how to fully use their benefits. Outside of AMI, Lindsey enjoys spending time with friends and family, along with walks with her dog. She also enjoys hosting gatherings, cooking, and vacationing.

Leticia Rodriguez

Leticia Rodriguez, or Letty, began her career in 2001, specializing in life, health, annuities and property and casualty insurance. She transitioned to State Farm where she gained 10 years’ experience in life and P&C. In 2017, Letty joined Brown & Brown where she held the positions of Account Manager, Open Enrollment Specialist and Account Executive.  Based on Letty’s expansive background, you can count on her to be a trusted partner with you in the management of your employee’s health benefits. Her goal is to provide you with the excellent customer service, advanced knowledge of insurance principles and the ability to professionally handle insurance related issues.

Letty holds a, State of Florida, Life, Health, and Annuity License (2-15) as well as a Property and Casualty General License (2-20). She is bilingual, English- Spanish, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.

Leah attended Moraine Valley Community College and obtained an Associate Degree in criminal justice. Since she did not fully pursue her law-enforcement career, she in turn found herself doing exceptionally well in the area of office administration and decided to work with a company who would be able to benefit from her skills and training. Leah has several years of office administration experience and has always worked hand in hand with Executive Directors, Project Managers, and Sales Representatives in the commercial and industrial field. During these years she has gained much experience and has been able to instill new policies and procedures, bring growth to the company, as well as provide new ideas to further business relationships and productivity with customers. Currently, Leah resides in Saint Charles, IL with her husband and their four children who all attend school in CUSD 303.

 Corine grew up in Monmouth County, NJ before moving to Bradenton, FL where she now resides with her husband and two children.   Corine studied at Seton Hall University where she graduated with a BA in Psychology.  She continued her studies at John College of Criminal Justice where she graduated with a master’s degree in forensic psychology.  After graduating college, Corine worked for Jersey Shore University Medical Center where she was a therapist for 4 years providing group therapy for children.  After working in the Psychology field for 4+ years, she decided to make a career change and obtain her Property & Casualty license in insurance.  She worked as a customer service account manager at an insurance agency in NJ for 15 years before moving to FL and joining AMI.  Her goal is to always provide the best and most efficient customer service and use her knowledge in insurance to assist our clients with their needs.  Outside of AMI, Corine enjoys traveling, cooking, watching her daughters play basketball & volleyball and spending time with her husband.

Jocelyn Sanchez

Jocelyn grew up in Elgin, IL and attended Elgin High School. After graduating high school, she attended AVID CNA School in Streamwood, IL and earned certification in Phlebotomy Technician. Throughout her time at AM Staffing Group, she has enjoyed meeting new people and helping customers out. Outside of AM Staffing, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend, watching movies, and bowling.

Karina Rodriguez

Karina was born in Leon, Guanajuato; Mexico. At the age of five, she moved to the Northside suburb of Chicago, shortly after moved to Elgin, IL; where she attended Elgin High School. After graduating, Karina went to trade school and became a licensed cosmetologist. She then went on to work with local pageants as one of the stylists for the contestants. Karina has over five years of customer service experience. Currently, she is pursuing a career in Information Technology and/or Radiology. Outside of AM Staffing, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and four dogs.

Ludim graduated from Elgin High School in 2005, has been married since 2006, and has two daughters. She has over five years of customer service experience and is excited for her new position at AM Staffing Group, Inc.
